Your order will be processed as soon as the account and payment are confirmed.

All orders are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered to you on time, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
 
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we will inform you and we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Shipping Fees

Free delivery within Singapore for orders above S$70.

Delivery cost to other countries is based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s). You will be notified of the shipping costs before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Process

We will start working on processing your order once it is placed. You can log in to your account to track the status of your order.
 

  • Pending              The order has been processed; however the payment has yet to be confirmed.
  • Processing         The payment has been received, we are processing the order.
  • Shipped              The item has been shipped.
Change of Destination

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order.

Return and Exchange

If you received a product that is not what you have ordered, or missing something from your order, please email us at sales@luenwah.com.sg or call +65 65339144 within 3 business days with order number and reason for return.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
  1. Returned items must be returned in original label and packaging
  2. The packaging seal on the box and bottle are not damaged
  3. Returned items must be unopened and unused
  4. For health protection, we cannot accept returns on products which have been opened or used already
